| Hey everyone im getting a new laptop and what do you guys suggest for someone who dls alot of stuff a day and watches alot of shows//movies? a mac? gwahaha complete kidding =.= | |

| Well it depends on your budget and wether or not you will use it for your sony vegas stuff.

| Hmmm well my netbook is good but you need a disc drive if you wanna play DVDs, I like the size and such. 160gb hardrive its not ad but if you want something big go for an HP | |

| Netbooks are fine if all you want to do is check your email. Try doing anything harder than that and it chokes. | |

| I can run skype and such, windows media player, photoshop its pretty good for its size. | |

| my external hard drive was $110 but that was awhile ago. do not get a 1tb drive as it needs a powersource. I'd reccomend the hp below mine or mine...Actually an Asus is pretty good aswell. | |

| First of all... Don't get HP! HP sucks ass... I purchased a $900 Hp laptop and I only had it for two years then i died. Turns out that the model I got was experiencing a lot of hardware problems(Very Very Difficult to Fix) and after 2 years my laptop was dead. Now If you want to get a cheap laptop that you do mostly browsing and such and really not much gaming i'd go to Best Buy or Staples and ask them to see what they got. I would not suggest an HP though... Toshiba eh.. They are okay I just never liked em.. and Dell sucks  ... This is only my opinion and that is really the only options of laptops you can get. If I were you id get an Emachines Desktop...Desktops are way more durable then laptops and they are just cooler  . Overall: Don't Get Hp... Get an Emachines desktop.. That's all I have haha this is all just basically my opinion just DONT GET HP! EW! |

| HP is great they just have a few models that have hardware faults.
DO NOT BUY LENOVO unless you want to pay to much for what you get. | |
